Misty Harbor is a 25-unit community nestled on the shore of pristine Lake Andrusia with a spectacular and spacious private harbor and sandy beach. Lake Andrusia is connected to 9 other lakes, 2 river systems, and is part of the Mississippi. This water system is highly coveted for its fishing and beauty, providing more than 25,000 acres of water to enjoy.  All of this is only 9 miles from the city of Bemidji (the First City on the Mississippi) where you will find outstanding medical care, education, entertainment, and shopping.

 

The Harbor has 12 large (20’X15’6”) permanent slips built along the north side; these slips will be deeded to specific units.  The south side of the harbor, at nearly 350’, will be used for common dockage by the 13 units that do not own a private slip. Also at the harbor is a private boat ramp and boathouse for the owners of the community to use. 

 

The Community Center is approximately 1200 square feet, complete with decorative concrete patio, wet bar, and bathroom facilities; it has been built exclusively for use by the Misty Harbor community and its unit owners.

 

Spacious Lots are 10,000 square feet, nearly a quarter of an acre.
